This is quite difficult to explain.

I am looking a way to redirect many links to the same page for example example.com/history/ will load a list or the last entries

example.com/history/romans/ is a dynamic link that will open a example.com/history/ with a preformat, like one big picture created on the fly, with a title and a description on the fly too

I already did that with php but I don't now if there is a plugin or something in the architecture of wordpress that let me do that.

The real use is let the users see a webcam online and when they find their self in the historical of the webcam tag or left a comment or use the share apps or others kind of actions, so in that moment a example.com/history/yyyyddmm-hh:mm:ss link will be created on the fly (using the same format of example.com/history) with that picture and that comments etc.

I'm not really understand your question.. but seems you need an endpoint – gmazzap Sep 14 '13 at 13:12
