WordPress Development Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for WordPress developers and administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I was researching this question and found this answer

But (1) I don't know where to place this code (assuming it is current) and (2) would it be the same for both pages and posts.

You've posted a string of tags not a link to the other question, so there is really no way to know what you are talking about. –  s_ha_dum Sep 13 '13 at 18:19

Well, that didn't work so well. My question was how do I get Yoast to recognize the featured image into it's analysis. right now it says "No images appear in this page, consider adding some as appropriate." even though I have my featured image selected. It does this for both pages and post. –  Mike R Sep 14 '13 at 15:35

You've still not posted a link to other question so it is still not possible to know what you are talking about. How does one answer the question "where do I put that code" without knowing what "that code" is? Please think things through and don't make it painful to try to help you. Please post your code as you've tried to adapt it from the other question/answer(s). And try to add as much detail as you can to the question. –  s_ha_dum Sep 14 '13 at 15:41

I was mistaken - It was not code. Can you tell me how to correct my problem? –  Mike R Sep 14 '13 at 16:22

Since the code mentioned in your question is not really what you are asking about, edit your question with the question you want answered and delete the stuff that is not relevant to your question. –  Charles Clarkson Sep 15 '13 at 5:25
