The website was hacked a week and a half ago. I removed files that were added and removed core WP files that I knew I could replace just to move along the process. Now, I am left with the wp-content and most of the wp-includes folder. However, I am not sure how to get the website back up and running. The website is hosted on GoDaddy, if that helps generate more specific answers. I already uploaded the admin files but not sure where to go from here.

Kind of off topic, but nobody wants to hear that when they're having the worst day of their life. This place is a good start: sucuri.net. Afterward, try to look in htaccess, wp-content (plugins, themes) for any fishy stuff. Might find something in index, functions. Look for plugin folders you didn't add. Be thorough. – GhostToast Sep 11 '13 at 1:28
