Here is the example of my post: http://garthlaidlaw.com/govan-portrait/

I don't need the cropped featured image file I uploaded to appear at the top of the post - it's overkill.

I would however like it to stay on the blog page: http://garthlaidlaw.com/blog/

I'm very new with website code, so any basic help would be appreciated. I often have trouble figuring out where to post code in the Editor, so please be very specific!

Thank you for your help and time.

To remove featured image from garthlaidlaw.com/govan-portrait these type of posts, you will have to modify single.php file from your fox theme. Just copy the code from single.php file into pastebin pastebin.com and send me the link then i will tell you what to modify. – Vinod Dalvi Sep 9 '13 at 3:39
@cybnet I think you have not read my comment carefully. You have just written my comment in other words. – Vinod Dalvi Sep 9 '13 at 8:37
Sorry, I didn't read carefully... ;( – cybmeta Sep 9 '13 at 9:04
Alright let's see if this works: pastebin.com/edKzFKpC I'm not sure how to get this link to embed into this page. It didn't work when I tried it. This might work better?: pastebin.com/raw.php?i=edKzFKpC Thanks @VinodDalvi – Garth Laidlaw Sep 9 '13 at 12:29
You are using this in single.php file <?php get_template_part('includes/single-content') ?> so you will also have to show us content of single-content.php file – Vinod Dalvi Sep 9 '13 at 12:42
