I'm using wp_nav_menus - this is all in Appearance > Menu

I created all my pages and their hierarchy by making them child pages in the Page Attributes box on that page.

If I select the Parent dropdown menu in Page Attributes on any page it shows the correct page structure of parent and child pages.

In Apperance > Menus in Pages box, 'View All' doesn't show all the pages in their correct place.

I have two pages in 'View All', the second page contains the missing pages from the list of pages.

If I click 'Select All' it will only select pages on that page in 'View All'.

How do I get the correct page order in the Pages box so I can 'Add to Menu' in one go
