After installing WP e-Commerce plugin primary theme menu functionality got broken. Here is theme with installed WP e-Commerce plugin: http://www.interactstaging.net/clients/tozzi/ and here clean theme install which custom theme is based on: http://interactstaging.net/fusiontheme/

Any clue what can be wrong?

PS. I have adjusted CSS to get sub menus to work, but still have no clue why WP e-Commerce is breaking them.

PS2. Looks like CSS trick doesn't work on IE10 :\

Someone is doing jQuery wrong. Much probably the theme, but disable all other plugins and check if the problem persists. –  brasofilo Jul 10 '13 at 18:31

Well, I don't have any other plugins there, except all included to the theme as well WP e-Commerce, and if I disable that one all works fine. –  JackTheKnife Jul 10 '13 at 18:46

Apart from the jQuery Version you're working with being (really) old as well as not the one shipped with WP natively:

The theme your custom one is based on runs jQuery without .noConflict() applied (which is why things work that should not be functional in a Vanilla WP), while your theme uses .noConflict() again.

Run console.log($.fn.jquery); in your browser's javascript console on both sites.

"Fusiontheme" will print 1.5.2

"Tozzi" will print TypeError: Cannot read property 'fn' of undefined
(as expected)

So based on that "Fusiontheme", which "Tozzi" is based on, should to run all jQuery in .noConflict() mode? My customization was only on CSS/graphics level nothing major to the code itself. –  JackTheKnife Jul 10 '13 at 19:04

Your theme loads an outdated version of jQuery. Remove this part, make sure the WordPress jQuery is used always.
The WP E-Commerce plugin and all other plugins rely on an up-to-date jQuery.
