WordPress Development Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for WordPress developers and administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Is there a way to restrict admins of individual bbPress forums? I.e. User A is admin of forum 1, both user A & B are admins of forum 2, and user B is an admin of forum 3. User A can administer questions on forum 1 & 2, but not 3 and user B can administer forums 2 & 3 but not 1.

The reason I’m asking is because I have a site with multiple sellers and would like to create a support forum for each product where only the owners of that specific product are administrators and receive notifications of topics, etc. I'm considering purchasing this plugin and am trying to decide between using bbPress and BuddyPress: https://easydigitaldownloads.com/extension/product-support/
