I am using W3 Total Cache v and WP 3.5.1

I have set up the CDN using AWS CloudFront and a push to an S3 bucket. The CDN works fine but when I attempt to enable minification (just JS at first, using auto, not manual) the minified files fail to upload to the CND and end up being served locally instead.

Even if I upload the queue from the "unsuccessful file transfer queue" W3TC still serves them locally.

The same thing happens when I attempt to auto minify the CSS also. –  Robert May 29 '13 at 17:01
Just curious: why did you opt for pushing files to S3 to use with CloudFront, instead of configuring CloudFront for origin pull directly from your server? If you set up origin pull you may have better luck, since your server can process minification right when CloudFront requests the file, and will then store that minified file on the CDN. –  Christiaan May 31 '13 at 14:27
Because we have multiple load balanced servers we maintain the media library in an S3 bucket which then nicely serves as the source for the CDN –  Robert Jun 3 '13 at 14:02
